Hemorrhoids are varicose veins or inflammation of the vein in the rectum and anus. Popularly they are also known by the name of piles. Anatomically are plexuses, bearings or pads of submucosal tissue where the venules and superficial arterioles of the canal are contained. Normally there are three bearings, located on the left side wall, right side wall and in the rear middle position and work on the stool continence mechanism.


The fissure can be defined as an ulcer located in the final part of the canal, of frequent appearance and that causes great annoyances in the form of intense pain despite its small size. The typical location of these ulcers is in the anterior and posterior margin.


Constipation is a condition consisting of the lack of regular bowel movement, resulting in uncommon or exertional defecation, usually of scarce, hard stools. The normal defecation frequency varies between people, from a couple of times a day up to three times a week. It can be considered a disorder according to alter or not the quality of life.
Anal abscess


Perianal Abscess is a collection of purulent material located in the spaces adjacent to the anus and/or rectum. It is the initial manifestation of an infection that can continue with a chronic and suppurative process, which leads to a fistula of the anus. The infection can be produced by different factors.


It is an abnormal connection between 2 parts of the body, such as an organ or a blood vessel and another structure. Fistulas are usually the product of an injury or surgery. Infections or inflammation may also cause a fistula to form.


Diverticula are small pouches that bulge in the colon or in the large intestine. If you have these bags, you have a condition called diverticulosis. It’s more common with age. About half of the people over 60 years old have it. Doctors believe that the main cause is a low-fiber diet.


It is a swelling (inflammation) of the large intestine (colon). Colitis can have many different causes, such as: infections, such as those caused by a virus, a parasite and food poisoning due to bacteria, ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, lack of blood flow (ischemic colitis), radiation prior to Large intestine, necrotizing Enterocolitis, pseudomembranous Colitis
